- Rockford's IT Support package includes data backup, patch management, as well as a Regular System Administration (RSA) service, providing the support desk with reports on clients backup status, Internet connection and server health.
- Clients can choose a 24/7 support option on either plan. This is a favourable option for companies that work out of normal working hours and cannot afford excessive downtime. Rockford deals with most issues within four hours of the problem occurring, no matter what time or day.
