Rockford IT's flexible 'Assurance Plan' is available for clients who like to budget for their IT spend, and where their IT system requires regular unpredictable maintenance. This plan allows clients to simply pay a fixed fee per month and within this Rockford IT will deal with any support problems encountered throughout the month­.

Temporary IT Support

For companies requiring 2nd or 3rd in-line support, to cover IT staff on holiday or sick­ leave, Rockford offers a flexible solution.

Rockford IT's prepay 'pay as you go' option is suited for customers with well specified networks with minimal support requirements,­ or for those needing backup assistance when their IT staff ar­e unavailable. This plan allows customers to buy an amount of time per month that can be used as and when they choose.
