“We have used Rockford IT for IT Support for 5 years, using their support team as backup when we needed it. In March 09 we upgraded our IT support contract with them, utilising their 24/7 assurance plan, and in doing so we have seen considerable benefits. An instance of such was the result of an outage that occurred at our head office one weekend.
