Rockford IT strengthens its forces (March 10)
Rockford IT is pleased to welcome three new IT Support members to its team. David Podmore, James Stuart and Ben Topping, all with strong backgrounds in IT and Support, have come on board to help provide an efficient service for Rockford’s expanding customer base.Both James and David bring with them a combined 18 years of expertise from Managed Service Provider, ACS Syan, and Ben has experience from a previous EDS/HP role.
Their roles within Rockford IT will be 1st and 2nd in line support for Rockford’s 12 hour and 24 hour IT Support service, as well as assisting on the proactive monitoring and reporting of customers systems to ensure any potential problems are
dealt with before they occur. James has taken the role of Service Desk Manager to ensure Rockford’s service is as efficient as possible, maintaining its high customer satisfaction levels and meeting service level agreements.
