Rockford welcomes new RSA technician to the team (Nov 07)

James Norton joins Rockford IT as a Regular System Administration technician, primarily to monitor and report on customers systems. J­ames­ will help deliver a proactive service for its customers, and spot potential problems before they even occur, reducing the amount of down time for Rockford's customers systems.
